Estimator

We now have the opportunity to recruit a qualified Estimator, to be based at our head office in Columbus, Ohio. This position will support our construction team in estimating and ultimately creating competitive, winning, bids for retail remodel projects across our reach of 39 states.

In this role we are looking for:

• At least 5 years experience estimating small retail, tenant build-out, and remodel projects in the $100,000-$2M range.
• The ability to research and build relationships with qualified subcontractors, nationwide.
• A self motivated, self driven personality with a preference for working in a team environment.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• An emphasis on relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A creative, inquisitive mind, with the desire to bring new ideas to the table and continuously improve.
• Proven commitment to achieve goals and deliver the best quality work at all times.
